Edukasyon (https://www.edukasyon.ph/), the largest education technology (EdTech) platform here in th0e Philippines, has recently partnered with Amazon Web Services (AWS Educate, a subsidiary of Amazon to mount AWS Siklab Pilipinas 2019, its 2nd consecutive year of extensive cloud technology training events catered to students, educators and young professionals in information technology (IT), computer science and related courses or fields.
The first Siklab Pilipinas events took place last May 20-24 at AWS’ offices in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, and were attended by approximately 180 participants. Next week, they are bringing the training boot camp to Cebu City!
The event’s objective is to train students and young professionals in IT cloud computing with Amazon Web Services, and provide them with an opportunity to find employment & internship opportunities in the IT industry. It’s a 2-day training event + 1-day career fair on July 23-25, 2019 at Southwestern University PHINMA Conference Hall.
