One of my favorite “Culinary Journeys” is back at the Marco Polo Plaza Cebu! This week, we will be experiencing a history of flavors as Marco Polo Plaza brings the richness of Spanish gastronomy. Explore the distinctive tastes in a cuisine that has influenced Filipino cooking through Sabores De España.

For the nth annual installment of this Culinary Journey, leading the Cafe Marco kitchen is Cebu’s authority in Spanish Cuisine, Miss Gemma Pido. She and Marco Polo’s team of culinary experts will be preparing a delectable spread of Spanish dishes from September 14-19 at the Cafe Marco.
