Diwali, “The Festival of Lights”, is an annual Hindu festival celebrated in autumn every year. Dating back from as far as the ancient times, it spiritually signifies the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, good over evil, and hope over despair.

This year, they brought in guest chef, Indian National Chef Singh Amar from Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel to prepare authentic Indian cuisine during this culinary journey, that is sure to spice up our palates. The spread includes his signature dishes, tandoori chicken, seekh kebab, gulab jamon, and more!

Enjoy this vibrant festival entwined with the diverse flavors of India through Khana, which means “food” in Hindi. This delectable Indian feast will be served on top of the restaurant’s international buffet spread.
