Golf meets purpose as BAI Foundation launches the first-ever BAI Golf: Celebrity Invitational Golf Tournament of the South. Set to take place on April 4-5, 2025, at Liloan Golf and Leisure Estates, this charity event brings together A-list celebrities, golf enthusiasts, and key stakeholders to raise awareness and funds for Cebu’s most vulnerable individuals.
A Mission to Restore Hope and Dignity
Since its founding in 2011, BAI Foundation has been a beacon of hope for individuals battling addiction, depression, and homelessness. Partnering with Safehaven Recovery Village, the organization provides personalized treatment and rehabilitation programs to help individuals regain their dignity and rebuild their lives.

However, the journey hasn’t been easy. BAI Executive Director Lito Gruet, a former addict who turned his life around, understands firsthand the struggles of those living on the streets.
“I experienced life in the streets. But by God’s grace, I was able to recover and become a rehab director for 11 years and a drug abuse resource speaker for 25 years. This is my way of giving back.”
