A new development is about to change the skyline of Mandaue City as a 40-storey landmark is set to rise hoping to revolutionize the way Cebuanos live.
JTower Residences is expected to be an iconic vertical development strategically located on AS Fortuna St., Mandaue City, Cebu.
JIProp Development Corporation launched the JTower Residences showroom earlier this week to give the public a glimpse of how exciting the future is for Mandauehanons and the rest of Cebu. JTower Residences is expected to elevate the standards in leisure living, lifestyle, shopping and an exciting community where proximity is a privilege.
“JTower Residences is just steps away from the good life,” says Justin Uy, Chairman and CEO of JIProp Development Corp. “JTower is our first condominium project in Mandaue City. Our goal is really to integrate the home life with exciting activities and fun adventures.”

For their first high rise development, JIProp partnered with Dream Architects, the firm behind JIProp’s other developments. “JTower Residences is conceptualized to be a modern icon of Mandaue City,” said Architect Daryl Balmoria-Garcia, Principal Architect of Dream Architects. Towering at 40 floors, it will stand as a testament to the vision of Chairman Uy.”
Uy certainly knows about fun adventures as he is also the man behind JPark Island Resort and Waterpark as well as JCentre Mall, Mandaue City’s premier shopping destination and Profood International.
This green building development will have direct access to JCentre Mall through a covered bridgeway. This will connect the fourth floor of JTower to the second floor of JCentre Mall. This is what Uy means when he said that the good life is just a few steps away since passage to the mall also means that residents will enjoy the convenience to Gold’s Gym, Sky Waterpark, SM Supermarket, key government offices, restaurants, dental clinics, banks, a spa, beauty salons, and dozens of shops.
JTower Residences will have 1,274 residential units: 1,080 studio units, 120 one-bedroom units, 60 penthouse villas and 14 garden villas. There will also be 465 full-size parking slots.

When Uy talked about the good life, he was also talking about the amenities integrated in the 40-storey building: an infinity pool, Zen garden, open clubhouse, jogging path and retail podiums.
Safety and security are also primordial considerations for the vertical development. The building will feature eight high-speed elevators, a service elevator, 100% back-up power, automatic transfer systems, 24-hour security service, WiFi in common areas and a helipad.
“It is modern standard at its best,” said Arthur T. Lo, Executive Liaison to the Chairman. “We also really want to give Mandaue City the attention it deserves. This development will hopefully make Mandaue City more than just an industrial city, but also a place to call home and a premier address.”
The JIProp sales team is excited to showcase JTower Residences’ remaining inventories like premium units which includes luxurious penthouse units and beautiful garden villas to the public.
“This iconic vertical landmark development in Mandaue is our response to the growing scarcity of land in the metro.” said Diona Larase-Bonghanoy, Sales Manager of JIProp Development Corp. “We boost our strategic location , the presence of J Centre Mall and a market palatable price, these 3 factors created a dynamic synergy making more economic impact not just to Mandauehanons, Sugbuanons but to every Filipino across the country & across the globe.”
Change is coming to Mandaue City as JTower Residences is expected to be the tallest building landmark in the city when it is completed in a few years.
