Soltana Nature Residences, a sprawling 5.7-hectare development by Taft Properties along the main highway in Barangay Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu City, ushered in the most festive season of the year with a Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony earlier today.
The festivities were led by Taft Properties Chairman and President Jack Gaisano, Taft Properties Chief Operating Officer Myra Lynn Gilig, and Lapu-Lapu City Tourism, Cultural, and Historical Affairs Commission Chairperson Cindi King-Chan.
It was truly a joyous event capped with a grand fireworks display. I actually was a bit teary-eyed during the fireworks as I realized that we have been too shaken by the pandemic that we’re almost forgetting about Christmas.
Soltana Tower Two
At the same event, guests witnessed a special preview of Tower Two of Soltana. Once completed, the development will be a mix of residential towers, commercial and office buildings, central amenities, and wide spaces, approximately 65% of the property, dedicated to nature. A skydeck will run through all eight residential towers.
According to Gilig, what differentiates a Taft development is it takes into account the small details that are often overlooked in the overall design but contribute a big part to a great living experience.
Soltana Tower Two, the second of eight residential towers within the development, will be zoned according to the market’s needs, catering to a wide range of home-seekers, from active retirees to nature-loving executives, to entrepreneurs and investors. The ground floor will be allotted for commercial spaces.
Soltana’s location gives it easy access to the country’s second gateway, the Mactan-Cebu International Airport, luxury resorts and white sand beaches, and the soon-to-be-complete Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway.
