Abaca Baking Company opens 9th branch at Robinsons Galleria Cebu

Bread is such a Pinoy staple that you can’t find a neighborhood without a bakery in it. This “panaderia” or bakery experience has been elevated when Abaca Baking Company first opened three years ago.

Since 2015, the Abaca Baking Company (ABC) has been consistently delighting our palates with their handcrafted, artisanal pastries that warm not only the stomach, but also the heart. The pastries they make are 100% freshly-made in-house every morning with 100% unbleached flour, which assures us of flavorful goodness in every bite.

ABC now has nine branches, the latest one being at Robinsons Galleria Cebu. Like the earlier branches, it features glass counters, so you immediately see what’s available. Once you get inside the store, you’ll immediately notice the aroma of the bread and pastries.

ABC’s keen attention to the fine details of production continues to elevate the local culinary scene by setting the standard of hearty, delicious treats that are sure to hit the spot every time. Aside from that, their stores are beautifully designed as well.

For a lot of Cebuanos, ABC has become the destination for the finest croissants, baked goods, tasty coffee blends. But aside from that, ABC is also known for its all-day breakfast delights such as pancakes, hand-rolled bagels, and their signature bakery Benedict, along with a selection of other savory delights. Their selection of pressed sandwiches are standouts on the menu as well.
